Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Condition of Returned Products

Perfumes and fragrance products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, where applicable.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This may apply to perfumes, fragrance products, cosmetics, and similar sealed personal-care products.
